New Publication: Single oocyte and single embryo lipid analysis by desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry
The letter by Ferreira et al. reports the first application of DESI or any ambient method to examine the distribution of lipids in single microscopic bovine and rodent oocytes and embryos.
